2. Program Values - Charges etc.
The value-price of trips refers to our current pricelist. Travel prices are calculated on the day the tariff is published, based on the cost of the services of each trip, the cost of fuel or other energy sources, the fares / surcharges in force, any kind of taxes or charges, the exchange rate of foreign currencies in relation to € (Euro), as well as any other cost factor (eg minimum number of participants, etc.). to a significant extent (ie more than 8% of the value of the trip) for the above reasons, the traveler may terminate the contract without paying a complaint and be refunded the exact amount paid. If the traveler denounces the package travel contract for this reason, then the traveler may accept another package of equivalent or higher quality. Also, the tour desk has the right, for a limited period of time or for a limited number of seats, to sell seats at more favorable prices, with special cancellation fees. Children's charges vary from free accommodation to hotels and boats to a small discount (for ages 2-12, usually, and only when they pay two adults in the same room / cabin). Prices do not include city tax / residence tax. In particular, for excursions to Greece, the residence tax referred to in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016, in force since 1 January 2018, is not included in the published rates.
The charge is per room / suite per night: Hotel 3 *: € 1.50, 4 *: € 3.00, 5 *: € 4.00 and based on the law, paid by the customer, directly to the hotel . In the event of any change in the way this tax or other tax / fee is paid, our pricing policy will be amended accordingly.
3. OBLIGATIONS - TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
Because other people are also involved in the organized voyage, it is essential that the social behavior and the absolute compliance of the traveler with the travel plan and the recommendations of the escorts or tour guides and their timely access to the gathering sites for the various benefits of the program , transport, guided tours, excursions, meals, etc.). If the traveler's delay or inconsistency results in restrictive flights, travel or other services, the traveler should reconnect with the team at his / her own responsibility and expense, without the right to a refund for the lost service or for the whole trip if he fails to reconnect. Our Tourism Organization will do its best to assist you without having or assuming any obligation or responsibility. At airports and ports you must be at least two (2) hours before your departure. If there is no escort on the voyage, you must confirm on the spot your next flights with the airline and make sure what time and from which airport and terminal your flight departs. In the event that a traveler interrupts his / her travel on his / her own decision and is departed from the team,
he / she is not entitled to any further service or compensation, and the responsibility and the expenses of any movement outside the team are borne solely by him / her. In the same way, our office does not bear any responsibility for package travel services which were not provided to the traveler by his own negligence or liability due to his illness or his sudden accident.
Passports, Visa & Healthcare
All passports abroad require a passport issued after the year 2006. The passport should be valid for as long as the scheduled return date is determined by the destination countries. The countries of the Schengen zone also accept the new type of, Latin characters, police IDs. Our Travel Agency provides all the necessary information regarding the travel and other documents required for each trip and destination and issue and / or visa, but (even if they provide some help in the procedure) is not responsible for any non-issuance or non-approval of these by the competent authorities to which the traveler has to address, nor is he liable in case the validity of the visa is shorter than the duration of the journey (ie dates do not coincide) or if a couple of travelers have different nationality outside Schengen. Particularly foreign nationals holding foreign passports must inform the tourist office accordingly and address themselves to the consular authorities of their country as well as the countries to visit in order to check if they need an entry visa or any other documents for the countries to transit or to travel, as well as for their return to Greece or the country they started. Failure to ensure the timely issue or endorsement of your travel documents does not justify the cancellation of your travel participation without charge of cancellation fees. Every traveler is responsible for the validity, security and custody of his travel documents required for his travel. The traveler is responsible for storing tickets and generally all travel documents throughout the journey. Particular attention needs to be paid to the travel documents of minors as they must necessarily have a passport. In the case where minors are not accompanied by their parents, certified parental leave must be delivered to the escorts. The traveler is required to comply with national regulations as well as the instructions of the national authorities. Our Organization does not bear any liability if the traveler is prosecuted
he is called upon to appear before authority, arrested by local authorities, etc. The Organization provides us with all the information about any necessary vaccinations or other pharmaceutical precautions for tropical or other epidemic areas. Due to the confidentiality of medical personal data, the traveler himself has the responsibility to address the relevant health authorities. The traveler has to be informed in good time by the local health offices of the health regulations of each country, as well as of the vaccines or medicines he may have to obtain.
Customers experiencing health problems should get their doctor's consent to travel. Our Organization does not bear any responsibility for illness, injury, loss of life, accident or other emergencies during the journey. In the event of an incident occurring, the Agency will, as far as possible, try to assist the victim, but it is not obliged to cover any absolutely relevant exit and change of the travel plan, which will continue smoothly.
Baggage is carried under the responsibility of its holders, whether or not accompanied by representatives of our Organization. In case of damage or loss, the corresponding international conditions apply for each means of transport and for hotels and liability in this case is limited to those provided for under these conditions. On air travel, only 1 baggage per passenger is allowed, with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Should additional costs arise, because of the greater weight of the luggage than allowed, they are only charged to the traveler and are paid on the spot at the airport. It is also noted that airlines only allow a small hand bag of small dimensions (about 50x40x25) in the passenger cabin.
The traveler is obliged to comply with the airline's recommendations, regulations and general policy on overweight luggage for which the airline is solely responsible and therefore the Agency does not bear any responsibility whatsoever. In case of damage or loss, the IATA Regulation applies.
